Applecreek Orchards Bluegrass Salsa is available in Hot or Mild. Either is great with chips, tacos, or burritos. Spice up a bowl of chili or black beans and rice with a generous tablespoon of salsa.

Hanky Panky    
 
  1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta Mild Mexican Cheese, cut in pieces
1 bag tortilla chips
  1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 jar
Applecreek Orchards Bluegrass Salsa
 

Cook beef and sausage in skillet. Drain well. Set crock pot on "High" and stir together beef, sausage, and cheese until cheese melts. Add Bluegrass Salsa. Stir and set crock pot to "Low." Serve with tortilla chips.

 
         
Chicken Fajitas    
 
  1 pkg. flour tortillas
2 chicken breasts
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup water
1 small jar green chilies
1/2 lime
  1/3 cup Applecreek Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade
2 cups
Applecreek Orchards Bluegrass Salsa
1 cup Monterey Jack hot pepper cheese (grated)
 

Wrap tortillas in foil, heat while preparing filling. Cook chicken in Applecreek Orchards Kentucky Bourbon Marinade and water. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender. Add Applecreek Orchards Bluegrass Salsa and chilies. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Cook until most of liquid evaporates. Fill tortillas, wrap and place in large, flat casserole. Top with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
